The raw materials - Portland cement, high quality chalk and pure sand finely ground in a ball crusher - are first weighed out, then carefully mixed. The water, aluminium powder and recycled material are then added, after which the mixture is poured into large moulds. The reinforcement, having first undergone anti-corrosion treatment, is then placed in the moulds. A chemical reaction causes the release of gas, which is the basis of the cellular structure. Once it has reached the correct consistency, the paste thus formed is divided into slabs of the required dimensions, with only small dimensional tolerances. The crust, or excess material, is recovered and recycled. The products thus obtained then pass into the autoclave phase, where, in steam at 180 °C and 10 atm. of pressure, they acquire their hardness and stability.Finally, they are stored, ready for delivery and installation.
