Hebel panels are reinforced autoclaved cellular concrete elements, in accordance with standard NBN 21-004. The raw materials are:
Portland cement
High quality chalk
Finely ground sand
Additives
The reinforcements are made from superior quality BE 500 S spot-welded steel. Before installation the meshes undergo anti-corrosion treatment (protection using ecological dispersion paint).
Hebel is therefore a combination of water, sand and air, which gives it the characteristics of a stone (solid, hard, rigid, rotproof, non-flammable) and the characteristics of an insulant (the air trapped in the cells is the best of insulants).Environmentally friendly and energy saving, Hebel meets all the requirements of our time.
