The Powerpanel H20 boards can be fixed straight to the studwork without the need for tiresome and time-consuming predrilling.

A range of sizes


The 2600 mm Powerpanel H2O is designed for full-height floor-to-ceiling installation without horizontal joints. A 3000 mm board is also available for rooms with extrahigh ceilings. The board is also available in a handy 1000 mm size. When using these, the horizontal joints are simply filled with FERMACELL Joint Adhesive in the same way as vertical joints.

Supporting framework


The standard board width of 1250 mm is designed to span the normal studwork centres used in partition walls and the various forms of dry-lining construction.

Tough – but easy to work


Despite its tough, hard-wearing surface the Powerpanel H20 board can be cut accurately and cleanly with any portable circular saw fitted with a normal HSS blade. Alternatively they can be scored with a Stanley knife or similar and snapped along the line of the cut; it only remains to cut through the mesh reinforcement on the reverse side.

Low cost


For low-exposure applications the only additional work required is to tape the wall, floor and ceiling joints with FERMACELL Sealing Tape and apply a coat of FERMACELL Primer to the face of the board.

Stability


Mesh reinforcement on both faces and a cement-based core give the Powerpanel H20 board enormous strength and stability.

Edge profile


The straight edges with specially formed adhesive groove ensure that a totally secure bond is formed between the Powerpanel H20 boards when they are installed.
