FERMACELL Powerpanel H2O. For room heights up to 3.00 m the
boards can be fixed quickly and economically to metal or timber studwork – with no horizontal joints to worry about. Once installed, the boards are immediately ready for finishing, e.g. with ceramic tiles. And all this with a board
that’s only 12.5 mm thick.
Easy to fix
Powerpanel H2O boards are simply screwed to the metal or timber studs with standard drywall screws fixed at 250 mm centres – no predrilling needed.
Watertight joints
The straight edge profile of the Powerpanel H2O board is factory- machined for a precise fit. Then it’s just a simple matter of bonding the joints between boards with FERMACELL Joint Adhesive.
Sealing the joints
Wall, floor and ceiling joints are quickly and securely sealed using FERMACELL Liquid Film and FERMACELL Sealing Tape. The resulting surface provides an ideal substrate for tiling.
Finishing
Primer and Sealing Tape are required only for occasional or brief splashing or wetting. In high-exposure conditions it is necessary to use the full range of products: • Primer • Sealing Tape • Liquid Film
